I have a question. Are there any more Steelbooks on the way?

Currently the Steelbook editions announced are the Two-Face edition, Joker edition and Catwoman edition, limited to their retailers. I have no inside info on whether any more Steelbooks are on the way, but SarahMay has made it clear that the list of pre-order bonuses and offers isn't complete yet, so hopefully there will be more of them on the way. But as of now, only the above 3 Steelbooks exist.

I don't believe the Catwoman Steelbook is available in the UK. As far as I can tell you can only get the Two-Face Steelbook which is being offered by shopto.net here. Shopto is also offering the 70s Batman skin DLC for preorders.

Alternatively you could choose to buy from gamestop.co.uk. Although they do not stock the Steelbooks, they are offering the Batman Beyond skin DLC for preorders.

So far the UK only has those two preorder offers, but as I said above the list isn't complete and more could be on the way. You could also pick up both the standard and Collector's edition of Arkham City at most major retailers in the UK.
