Not Impressed (Game randomly deleted itself)

As a consumer, I happen to think it's utterly insane that a company would release a game KNOWING that it is causing such major issues. Do people not understand the hard work that goes into beating a game as detailed and challenging as Batman? I spent hours upon hours on this game, only to lose everything not even a day later. Should I restart? Why would I? I've only had to restart 3 times now so why would the 4th be any different? Fortunately for me, I was far, but not 80% complete like some people. I really feel for those people!
Warner Brothers, get your act together and fix this issue PLEASE!

Do you have GFWL installed? It's required in order to save. When you're in the game, does pressing the Home key bring up the GFWL overlay? If not, then GFWL isn't installed or isn't functioning properly.
