Color bar on the main menu of the game

this damn color bar in the game menu, I have done everything, did a virus scan, reinstalled video drivers, updated the directx, and so I can fix this problem by updating the game, this game worked fine on version "1.0" without updates, please tell me if you have any solution without having to format my computer, my game worked normal without updates, only now, after some time, reinstalled the game and see the pink bar (it changes color at times), the most funny thing is that everything is fluent in gameplay (no damn colored bars), when the game menu turn pro, this marvelous (no color bar), I left the game, open the game again and it is the damn bar, I minimize the game, maximize the game again and the bar disappears. I repeat, my game worked normally in the version "1.0", after reinstalling the game that this happens. I have all the software as: net framework, runtime visual c + + 2005, 2008 and 2010, updated directx, nvidia driver 301.42.

Note: Only problem I have in this game, I have CoD MW3, Battlefield Bad company 2, and more, and never had such problems.

Nobody will say anything about it? I just format my pc and the bar is still it still updating the game so that it disappears, can tell me if this is bug of the game or is my vga? Bug menu so if I get into the game it's all normal, when I return to the menu all normal. No games here have this problem.
