W,S,A,D, keys for movement don't work

Anyone else having a problem moving in the game? I already contacted support but I figured I'd also post here and see if anyone else has had this issue.

Ok, so after ,many hours of searching it turns out that it is a problem that affects all games based on the Unreal Engine.

In my case, my computer was running Synergy which caused Arkham City, Mass Effect 2 and Unreal Tournament 3 to not accept movement commands.
