lag experience on every loading page !

Hi,

I bought a collector version of Batman Arkahm city a few months ago and i just have the time to play it on my computer.
The problem is that i want it to play it in 3D expreience with my personnal computer and after the installation and the application of the latest patch i experience some latence on the loading page on every building and the loading of a save progress. It never goes by himself i must press Alt + F4 to retun on windows afetr 1 min and go back to the game to fix the problem. And sometimes when i do that the 3d is gone. Can you help me plz
(sorry for my english, i'm french , if you can answer in french fine, but if not don't worry)
