Re: Looking back at Arkham City... STORY
- What you liked
The character design and voice acting were top notch. Ending was awesome.
- What you think improved
I'm not really sure as I think Asylum was better in the story department.
- What your favourite part of the story was
Probably the beginning when you started as Bruce and the ending in the classic theater. Also everythinh Joker is great
!
- What you didn't like
Way too many characters. I realize that you tried to please all fans by including their favourites, but overall the story suffered too much to be worth it imo. Some characters you barely met before knocking them out. Hugo Strange needed to be fleshed out a ton more to feel like the main villain.
- What could be improved
A more focused, consistent story is what I liked.
- Your thoughts on HOW the story was told
I liked a ton how guards discussed the situation in the city, fleshing out the story in that way. One problem in videogames is that you are always with the main character, making it difficult to develop other characters. So I like how that was done through radio messages and tapes.
- Any Arkham Asylum/Arkham City comparisons, whether favorable or not
I thought Arkham Asylum had a much better structure. Joker played such a great role. He was always present, manipulating, teasing and so on. It was a much more focused story. Even if there were a bunch of villains Joker was always the one pulling the strings.

Re: Looking back at Arkham City... STORY
There was 1 thing I didn't like about the story: the plot point of Hugo Strange and Bats secret identity was not heavily followed. Hugo never made an attempt to tell the world Batman's secret. Like he said at the beginning of the game "if you try to stop me I guarantee everyone will know your secret" That was never followed upon. Other than that everything else was sensational
