Master Control Program

hello, I am somewhere at 1/3 of the game and I need to get to Miracle Tower . I need to scan the TYGER helicopter to locate the Master Control Program. I located the chopper and got the program codes but when I go to the gates it still says I don't have the codes. I have tried to scan every single chopper again (took me couple of hours) with no luck.
Is it a bug or I am doing something wrong?

its a bug or when you get the master contorll you scan a nother helicopter and than it wont work mostily a bug

Ok, so you scanned it?
It said that the master control codes are present?
So you grapple up.
Press a button to download the codes.
This is followed by a conversation to oracle.
Then you should be able to release and fly to the door above the main gate at the processing centre behind the huge screen.

i did download them. because if i didn't do that I would be able to scan them again? now i can't.
any ideas anyone?
don't want to spend another 10 hours playing to get to the point i'm at.

How far back do you go when you pause, scroll right, return to last checkpoint?

i did a few other things besides that and cant return.

after rescuing the 2nd hostage from riddler i did not get enigma code to decode but i instantly got 2000xp and now i cant rescue the other hostages as it doesn't appear on the map. is this another bug or what?

Did you use your cryptographic sequencer on the code panel at the entrance of the tower?
