Hello,

Well I am also experiencing issues when trying to redeem the code for HQR in GFWL. I'm from Colombia and as other users have pointed out, the DLC code is not working. When I try to redeem it via GFWL in game, it says that the code is invalid, and when trying via webpage, once I have entered the code, a circle turning around appears in the middle of the screen but stays there and nothing happens.

I would appreciate if we were informed about any news concerning this issues.

Well, it seems that we are not getting any answer, do you guys know at least if it is possible to play HQR with a different Windows Live Account than the one used to redeem the Batman Arkham City code?

I have the same problem as you. Bought my DLC 2 days ago and no sign of it on my PC. No answers so far?

Unfortunatelly not. But have you tried redeeming your code in Xbox live webpage? The DLC's are available in Brasil so it should not be a problem for you (Unless you registered your Windows Live account in a different country)
