Hey I have a slight problem .. when I purchased my code from best buy it turns out they gave a code for ps3 but I have a xbox 360 and I have called and tried to trade codes but theyhaven't helped out at all. All I'm asking is someone would please be willing enough to trade a Harley Quinn's Revenge ( xbox version) for my PS3code for it. ( I haven't used it forgiven it to anyone) . Just wanted to point out, it is not available in Colombia (South America) either, neither the Robin/Nightwing DLC which were available not long ago on Steam, just like HQR; so any update on this issue would be much apreciated.

I'm having some issues. I'm new to Steam and DLC in general, but it should be pretty straightforward. I have a code, but I can't play. When I purchased the game on Steam, it seems as though it should have downloaded to my PC, but nothing happened. From the Steam screen, I just have the option to play, but when I click on play, nothing happens.

Again, just to reiterate, I purchased a code from Steam, have my code, but I cannot access the game.

I'm frustrated to say the least!

I purchased HQR for PC via Steam and it is shown in the Steam-Library as DLC for Batman Arkham City. But when I start the game, HQR is not available, I can play the normal game only.
Is this the problem all here have? When will it be fixed?
