GOTY, HQR and DLC question

Does GOTY edition has the option to check for downloadable content?

Since the HQR DLC was kinda short, it was referred as "Mission1" in the statistics page and there is more empty space beneath it... I'm thinking they could release more Missions as DLCs?

Couple of weeks back I asked Sarah May about any more DLC (skins, maps, catwoman episodes, anything) and she said she is not allowed to comment on that topic.

I know that the console GOTY is already released but PC version is out in September but no one stops them from releasing more DLCs...

Is GOTY capable of downloading new content? Does it check for updates or something like that? If it does, then we just might get more content. I hope.
