Cannot buy Harley Quinn's Revenge DLC

I wonder if any of you have been encountering this problem while trying to buy the new DLC.

I constantly keep getting this message whenever I try to complete the transaction:

"Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."

No error description so I have no idea what is going wrong and is it something on my end or theirs.

I had no such problem when buying the Arkham Bundle DLC.

I was paying with PayPal. But that shouldnt be important as I payed for Arkham Bundle too with PayPal.

Yeah it is not paypal, I used paypal to get mine the other night.

The same problem for me (Hungary, PC). I tried to buy the DLC with master card, and the same message popped up "Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."

Ridiculous. With Rocksteady & GFWL it's just one problem after another.

Gocza, try buying the game by choosing to buy the 800 Microsoft Points via G4WL -- by going that route I was able to at least get G4WL to acknowledge my Paypal account so that I could then go back and buy the game via the download and install it. Sad that we have to circumvent what should be a very simple purchasing process, but I've come to expect nothing but difficulty where Microsoft's G4WL is involved.

Now I have to buy microsoft points first, and then buy the game with credit card? So I have to pay twice? :/
