    Flashbacks perhaps? I'd hate to see it if he were still alive. As much as some people claim that the Nolanverse isn't as realistic as he makes it out to be, up until now, death has most definitely been final.

    Some people argue that since Batman can own an near-indestructible armored tank car and a glider cape, people can also be raised from the dead in his universe. Personally I don't subscribe to their theories.

    Also, there's this. More art leaks of those cardboard cutout promo stands for theatres. I don't swear often, but I'd like to be the first to say that Batman is a complete and total badass.

    Those things are within the realm of possibility, maybe bordering suspension of belief, but being raised from the dead is way beyond the realm of reality.
