Thanks for the update SarahMay but any chance you can also confirm the PC achievements on GFWL will be the exact same as the 360 list (value & all as PC DLC to date was less overall than 360 by 150GS!!).

6th September - France and Benelux
7th September - Rest of the World

Will Batman Arkham City GOTY get region lock in steam when it's release (7th September -Rest of the World). Standard edition still locked in my region somewhat reason. I own arkham Asylum from steam and it's available to country for purchase!

Hello, I'm not SarahMay, just a random RedRobin swinging through, and I can say with utmost confidence that all the GOTY editions will contain the same content. HQR will be included in the PC version of the GOTY.

PC version won't be available for NA until early June, on May 29th NA will only be selling console copies.
