Saved game issue

Hi, I reinstalled the game on my secondary hard drive. No issues installing, but it doesn't show my game, ie my hard mode progression and all other things. I was half way through hard mode.
I can log into my windowsid, and it shows all my achievements and proof I have finished normal mode and stuff.

What's the deal, and how do I fix it?

Retail and no. I thought progression was saved online

You might have accidentally deleted your save files. They're kept in your Documents Folder and are encrypted.

How would I find them, if they are still there?

They should be in C:\Users\Username\Documents\WB Games\Batman Arkham City\SaveData\

Look for .sgd files.

Copy and paste them from the folder in your other computer to the directory emisan gave you in your current computer. Though with the encrypted nature of the files the game might not be able to recognize them.
