Some FPS Lag

I'm not expecting much here but I figured I would post. I just got a new rig today and I installed this game and like my old rig, it still gives me some fps issues. When flying through Arkham City or even just running through the sewers or something like that, I'm getting fps stuttering. DX11 is off and everything else is ultra. My specs are;

i7 2600k 3.4ghz
Radeon 6850 Crossfire (2 Cards)
16GB DDR3 RAM

I see no reason why this should be happening. Any help would be appreciated.

Do u have the latest CPU and GPU Drivers
