Problem with Robin Bundle Pack DLC

Hey pals, i bought Batman Arkham City in best buy, and it normally comes with 2 dlc codes, one for Catwoman and one for Robin.
Okay, i input the catwoman code and it worked, i downloaded and i tried to put the robin code, it didn't worked, i tried 3 times, and nothing, i'm pissed off because of this, i tried mailing best buy and they didn't answered, i called them and they didn't gave me another code, saying that I had already used the code before, I do not know what to do, someone from this forum or someone from wb games can help me with this?

You should contact Rocksteady. They will probable give you another code in a PM message if they think your truly serious.
