No response concerning missing DLC code

I've emailed "wbgames.intsupport@warnerbros.com" 3 times and received no response about my missing catwomen DLC. . . So I thought I would post here. I hope I can get some help.

I purchased a new, collector's edition of Batman Arkham City for 360 but there was no Catwomen DLC code. Can someone tell me how to obtain one, please?

good luck. i've been waiting for a response since November of last year. 4 emails, and no response since 11/13 where they asked for my address to send me the missing items. last email i sent was in March, still nothing.
