Hello, I am running Batman Arkham City on the xbox 360 Slim with a 250GB hard drive. I have not played the game in awhile 3 or 4 months, and was going to get the new Harly Quinn DLC, put it in yesterday and it immediately wanted to do a game update. Since then when it starts the game it just goes to a black screen and stays there, it never gets into the game. Only way to get control back is turning off the xbox. Any body else having this problem.

I got my GotY copy yesterday, installed both discs, fired it up and it just went to a black screen and froze. Couldn't do anything. Had to restart my system manually. I tried playing it about three times and the same thing happened. I uninstalled disc one and it played off the disc fine and read all the DLC. I reinstalled disc one again, got the black screen. After all of this I deleted both discs from my hard drive and then cleared my system cache. I installed both discs again and now it's played off the hard drive without a problem. I'd try to deleting the game off your HDD, clear your cache, then reinstall it again.

I bought Harley Quinn's Revenge DLC yesterday.Everytime when i get to Harley when I'm Robin it freeze. I deleted the corrupted data from the Game utility and the data from Arkham City.I even restore the files but, it still freeze. I can play any other game,but not this one. Any suggestion? Oh and i also have the 60g ps3.

As much as I hated to do it, since my game was hardly working for my 360, I took it to Walmart (since I can't return it to GameStop since it's been opened) and exchanged it for another one. When I get home tonight I'll see if it plays any different than the other.

The Walmart one came with a free code for Gotham City Imposters. I gave it to my sister since I already had it...
