Console Patch : Latest

No dice for me. Have a 78% Save game on Xbox 360. Downloaded the patch and still can't see my save game.

Tried backing it up, deleting, re-adding, removing and redownloading all DLC packs, installing game on HDD. NOTHING.

THIS SUCKS.

Favourite game of all time and I have no enthusiasm to play anymore.......

What do i do if i'm offline and can't patch?
does that mean my game is forever screwed?

very simple. assuming your gaming-console is connected to the Internet, when you put your "Batman: Arkham City" game-disc in [the gaming console], and try to play the game, a message should [first] appear saying that there's a new update [for the game], and likewise, you have your prompts to download and install the update, bla bla bla, yatta yatta yatta.

(at least, this is how it happens on the PS3).

i've never had any problems with lost saves, so i don't really know. however, like SarahMay said:

We have worked hard to resolve all of the technical issues associated with this bug, but even with the latest patch installed we are unfortunately unable to guarantee the status of your lost saved game.

So 007JediKnight, any idea what the plans are moving forward?

With a new patch being released, which as SarahMay said, will ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else, are they still working on resolving the issue and therefore restoring save games? Or for WB is that the issue doe and dusted?

Would be good to know what the plan is. I would very much like to continue with my 78% save game

I played and beat this game several times, after installing the latest patch I get a "disc is unreadable" error every time I try to load my save. I can view the title screen and menus, but the actual game itself is unplayable. Never had this issue until now, and the disc is perfectly clean.

thanks jedi done that still no saves got to start from scratch(no chance)its going in the bin weve waited 6 months for this patch and it dont work.this game is going in the bin.i wont be bying rocksteady games again

Does the console patch come in the update? I've updated but my data still gets corrupt at the same spot every time on hard. I have a PS3. I've tried 3 times to play it and am very frustrated.

I think we all have to come to terms with that fact that WB don't have a clue what is causing this issue and we'll never see a fix.

It's a real shame because I LOVE THIS GAME. But after so many hours play there's no way I'm starting from scratch, and therefore I won't be downloading any more DLC as all my gadgets are gone!

GUTTED.

I'd love to slag off WB and claim I'll never buy their games again, but I fail to see what good it will do.
