Request for GOTY upgrade

I have Batman AC (and also Batman AA) on Steam, I bought it 1st day on relase.
Games are amazing.

But, now I have fear for this GOTY version.

Please make it possible that we just upgrade our regular version of Batman AC to GOTY.
Money is not problem, if its going to cost additional 15-20 $, ok.

Please dont force us to buy new copy (50 $) for GOTY version.

Many games have capability to upgrade to deluxe / enchanced / GOTY version.
Witcher 2, Trine 2, Serious Sam 3,
Ok, you dont need to do as CD Project, and offer free upgrade (like they did for Witcher 2).
But please dont force buyers to buy another 50$ copys and make it possible to just upgrade for little less money.

just buy the DLC packs, then you will have the full version of the game....thats all the GOTY is, all the DLC so its no different then just buying it all now

small details is what makes difference between regular and awesome companies and developers.
I am aware that I can buy all DLC's, but you cant argue that its nice to have GOTY version in library, like Arkham Asylum.

This is simple request and chances that this is going to happen are minimal, but I still wanted to try

The difference is if the game will have a different appid than the "normal" AC, that's the point. If yes, then it will be named differently in your library in steam. Basically there would be 2 different games.
In this case an upgrade is a good option.
But if the appid will not be changed (now it is 57400) and only the button "Buy GOTY Edition" and the new dlc will be added, then the point of an upgrade is ambiguous.
But still it's better to have one than not. We better wait for WB to reply.

It would be nice to download the DLC I paid for, an upgrade that costs no more than the Harley DLC would be a valid solution for me.
