I think he's talking about the steam restriction of the game on many territories.

Can the game of the year DLC be install more then once or is their download limit?

Can the the DLC be install on a new console if the old one died?

I dont think I will be the only person to ask or to point it out in all honesty, and quite honestly Surprised that Rock Steady didnt prepare for this question leading up to the announcement considering what it meant to those outside the US Region

I already own the game and all DLC, and Batman Year One on Blue Ray so just a matter of buying HQR, but I know people who held off on getting Batman AC, and GOTY was something that would interest them, but not with such a long wait for it and a lesser version then the US gets

As Red Robin states, I dont see why people dont pick this up cheap now, and just buy the DLC for the same price that the GOTY would cost and not wait 4 months....seems a weak business strategy to me, especially considering the Summer release of Dark Knight Rises...and you release GOTY 2 months after that, but the US get it in time for the final Nolan Batman movie???

I think you're getting The Dark Knight Returns mixed with The Dark Knight Rises.

I have a few questions! (However these may be some questions you may not want to answer but please do!!!)

1) Rumor has it that the Joker will be returning in one part of the DLC (Achievements list) and I wanted to ask if Mark Hammil turns down the job do you have a backup voice actor like an understudy? And if so who?

2) If the Joker and Harley have had sexual interaction will the baby be infected with the Titan venom?

3) Who do you think is a more badass gang leader The Joker or Harley Quinn?

4) At what time of the Arkhamverse does this take place? Has it been a year since Arkham City or months or a decade?

5) Does Harley have Jokers body?

6) By when can we expect a trailer?

So if I already have all DLC's except HQR, there is basically no difference in the normal and GOTY edition correct?

Correct. The GOTY is just Arkham City with all the DLC included. If you are in the USA or Canada, there is also a free download of Batman Year One included. If you are in the UK, as of now there is absolutely no difference whatsoever because the Year One download isn't available for other regions.
