You're confusing common sense with hostility.

And the rest of your post didn't make any sense to me since I don't have an internet connection for my XBox. The only other thing I can respond to is this:

Because so many people get frustrated with the Watcher batarang one, many just look it up from online guides and at that point it becomes pointless.

The reason why that one is stupid (aside from not contributing anything to the game) is that the description is too vague, which I've already talked about in the original post, so I won't elaborate here. It also means the developers serioulsy expect the player to waste countless hours trying to find the one person in a sea of hundreds to achieve it (and God help you if you've already completed the Watcher in the Wings side mission!). That also makes it pointless since no one's going to do that; it's fluff.

Ah, not having internet connection explains it. If you had it you'd know that Xbox does a lot to encourage comparing your gamerscore and individial achievements with other people. To me the more entertaining part is checking out what other people have gotten instead of hunting achievements myself. Down to the point that in some games with I've choosed not to get certain achievements because I want to show how I played the game (such as in Elder Scrolls I only have good guys and haven't completed the evil god missions (they're all somewhat bad but anyway))

I'd say that with more accurate description the batarang would be too obvious. Personally I found it rather easy, it's logical none of the thugs do that and I don't think Penguin or Freeze or someone like that would do it either. Ra's you only see in combat so that leaves the list of candidates rather short. Having completed the side mission just means you need to start a new save, like many achievements in other games do.
