Also there is no 4 month waiting period for Harley Quinn's Revenge, that content is available to buy/download for everyone from May 29th.

As I've mentioned before, couldn't someone in the UK potentially buy or trade for a used copy of the game and get all the DLC for less than the launch price of the GOTY? It's a bit of a stretch, but its doable if you know someone who's willing to part with their copy for less. Also, they'd be able to skip the 4 month waiting period to play Harley Quinn's revenge.

I know here you'd get like $10 for Arkham City at Gamestop. Trading games really doesn't work out unless you do it when they have deals going on and trade in at least 5+ games.

Exactly, so technically there is no real reason for anyone in the UK to get the GOTY edition new, correct? If I were to recommend this game for a friend, is there any reason I should ask him to wait for the GOTY edition when he can have the complete experience 4 months before the GOTY even hits the shelves?

The UK sure got the short end of the stick this time around...

The GOTY includes ALL DLC content, so if he waited til September he would be able to access all DLC without needing to be connected to the internet and at a discount.
