Well since she was already erratic before, then the Joker got sick, then he died. So I'm guessing very erratic.

It's mentioned somewhere that Harley is getting deeper and deeper into psychopathy, practically "reinventing" herself to suit the changes in her life and environment, explaining the costume change between the games.

I hope they make her scarier. She just lost the love of her life. So I hope that pushed her over the edge seeking revenge and hopefully they made her a allot smarter and clever. and making her more serious would make her scary too. I just hope they make her a bigger threat then what she use to be.
