    Right after I installed the update, the game says I'm not logged on to my gamer profile (even if I just did that) so I cannot continue my saves, nor save if I'd start again. I don't have that problem with other G4WL games, any help on this?

    Hi there
    I yesterday bought the Batman Arkham City™ at local shop. I read the "READ ME" which is in DVD and then installed the game. After this step, I needed to activate the game with the code online. However, it displayed "Activation failed."

    Activation process has been terminated
    The activation server is unable to complete your request. Please contact the software vendor.

    Then I tried activate manually. Follow the steps on the https://support.securom.com/PAunlock...p?c=1000#step1, I got the result which is "Invalid serial."

    I am quite sure that I typed the serial code as it is on the manual correctly.

    Hope for a solution.

    Is this game playable at all and how far did you go in the game?
    Heard of a patch that fixes the save being stored in the temp folder and not being moved to My Documents/WB Games.
    Anywhere to find it?

    I have sent 4 emails since 11/11/2011 regarding content missing from my CE of AC and to date have only received one reply (which asked for my address so they could be sent to me). Will I ever be helped with this?

    After a recent system upgrade I have finally played through game+ and 100%'ed the game.

    Played through on a GTX670 2GB. i7 3770K, 8GB DDR2 1600 and a SATA3 SSD. All DX11, PhysX high and everything maxed. Overall FPS was very good and the game looked amazing.

    The only remaining issue is the stuttering. The game still stutters markedly when loading in new areas of the map or moving the camera. A real shame one of the best games of the year is marred by this issue.

    I am wondering if this game still even receives attention when it comes to support. There have been issues reported since release not addressed yet, and the last Patch/Update was in April. Now with the GOTY release, one would've thought some of these issues would be fixed...
