As someone who has been lurking on these forums in your absence, I wanted to thank you for the consideration implied by your apology. Customer service isn't exactly a science and we all make mistakes.

That being said, you promised us an *update* by Wednesday and this is not an update. It is a request for more time -- not different at all from what we were told before your departure. I suspect that if you cannot deliver anything more concrete than this that this may be a long day of dealing with very angry customers.

No, I think the implication is that we will (should) receive an update on the ETA and release date by weekend, if I am not wrong.

KIO is correct, however we are working hard to also get the update as early as possible.

In short, we are doing all we can to have an announcement and patch to you ASAP now that we have passed internal testing.

What I would LOVE to know, is why was the game delayed from October, and why we were we told it was to 'improve' the PC experience?

I REFUSE to believe this, as the MASSIVE FLAWS riddled the game from release and still make the game unplayable.

Again I ask, why was the game delayed from October? Why LIE?

And again I ask.... why was the game REALLY delayed from October?

I can't stress the need to have an honest answer on this because your company's reputation is at stake.

Maybe you should stop playing ME2 and do you job Sarah.
Maybe your departments should do their job and release a patch.
Maybe you should have other active forum mods to cover you when your away on holiday.
Maybe you should just get a bl**dy solid answer out to the community and let them know when they can play the game they bought 3 months ago!

And last, but not least...

WHY WAS THIS GAME NOT RELEASED IN OCTOBER AND WHY LIE WHEN IS WAS NOT???

I dont care either, I would rather wait for a patch that works than get fast fix failure lol. I mostly wait years for games to get all the fixes and price drops anyway, I only just bought assasins creed 2 because its dropped to less than 5 pounds brand new and has had its final release for windows 7 and runs flawless.

I'm glad SarahMay is finally back! Now we have someone who can vocalize how hard Rocksteady is working to get an ETA on the ETA for the patch that might fix some of the issues reported, which ones is hard to say since they haven't given any information towards that.

Seriously though, do you have an IDEA when the patch will be? A rough estimate? Within March? April? Before 2013? I hope you guys are enjoying the money I paid for this game, I certainly would like it back at this point to buy ME3 with.
