    Hi,

    To summarize:

    We have a PC patch ( our 2nd patch) in its final phases of testing and are optimistic it will be released imminently. Once we hear back about the outcome of our final testing we will post an update here
    Save file fixes for consoles (our 3rd patch) are now in internal testing

    I can't confirm the 1st patch details (as I sadly don't know) but the 2nd patch was submitted this week for final certification and testing.

    how do console patches work? i assume that you MUST be on xbox live, is it a automatic download or will it have to be downloaded via marketplace?

    You will need to be connected to Xbox live, when you load up the game a notification will come up asking you to download the update.

    I asked if you thought it was a bad idea to use the phrase "We apologize if you feel you have been treated poorly in this." Or something to that effect. I can't remember how many times I repeated it in different ways, some directly, some subtly in a roundabout manner...I'm beginning to wonder if we're reading the same boards....tap-tap-tap...Is this thing on?

    All of my other questions have been answered in response to others' posts, so I'm okay there.

    And besides all the " 'Do you think we've been treated fairly?' in all this", I can't think of anything else...

    So, here's the list for convenience's sake:
    • Do you think your comment about us feeling like we've been treated poorly was a good idea?
    • Do you think we've been treated fairly in all this?
    • Do you have any idea why my emails to Rocksteady have gone unanswered? Is there another email for Rocksteady Studios besides info@rocksteadyltd.com? Is there no one at Rocksteady studios checking email?
    • Do you know if we'll ever get an official "apology" for how we've been treated?


    And when I take the time to type up a heart-felt, civil list of grievances, complaints, or whatnot, and send them off to WB and Rocksteady, why do they just go unanswered? I'm not that hard to please. Really. But being ignored is worse than just telling me to shut the **** up and go get a life. This whole "issue" has been handled so poorly by so many folks in so many departments, it would go a long way toward making amends to just simply answer some questions we poor lost souls have. It's not too much to ask. I didn't think so, anyway. And the "issue" has gone from a bad save system to a much bigger "just turn a blind eye and a deaf ear on the masses" approach that borders on ridiculous. It's downright rude, and since my questions went unanswered so long, I started to get a touch snippy.

    So, what say you, Ms. Wellock?

    Imminently in Rocksteady terms means anywhere between Weeks and Months as the term was used months ago to describe the release of this 2nd patch > .

    Support for this game has been Extremely poor for a AAA studio. I've seen better support than this from B games studios.

    Also could we get an actual Developer on the forum answering some questions please, preferably one of the Software Engineers.

    I do agree with that, although I think it is a couple of months too late now, unfortunately. An idea (not claiming to be unique) I had was to have had a dev diary, where the dev's could post notes on the progress on the patch... But, alas, it is too late now and there must have been some reasons for why no such thing was ever done.
    DRM limitations are a punishment for the paying customer and an encouragement to seek better service elsewhere...
    And then they complain about piracy.
