    Ok, SarahMay. But 2 Questions:

    1) Will the 2nd patch be available as a direct download (like the first patch)?
    2) Do I need to install the first patch first before installing the 2nd patch?

    Side By Side Configuration & Autoplay problems

    Hi guys,
    I'm from India & ordered my copy of the PC version of Arkham City from Flipkart. I faced some curious problems right after I installed the game.

    1. The first problem was that right after I inserted the game DVD, the Autoplay on my system detected the game as 'Pictures' and hence displayed the system's autoplay options for 'Photos/Pictures' & did NOT run the game DVD's autoplay menu at all! I thought this as extremely weird, but went into the DVD directory anyway and installed the game through 'Game.msi'. [surprisingly, i could not run the windows live setup thingy to install the game (when i double clicked on it, i saw that the setup was running JUST as a background process) so i used the msi file instead]. Then came the second problem.

    2. The game installed successfully, but after I tried to run the game thru the BMLauncher, it showed me a "Side-by-Side Configuration" Error, which I take it, is a problem with many other applications on Windows.

    Here's my Config:
    Windows Vista 32 bit
    4 GB RAM
    Intel Quad Core Q6600
    512MB GeForce 9600 GSO

    If anyone has a similar problem, please do care to list it out on this thread & solutions (especially solutions from the guys who created this game ) to this are sought after by me ASAP. Kindly tell me if this is a problem with my system or with the copy of the game I purchased with the solution URGENTLY please! I'm DYING to play this game and would like to order a replacement copy (if required) ASAP. Thanks a ton, guys.

    YOUR LIKE THE 3RD PERSON ASKING ABOUT THIS, YOUR VERSION IS FAKE! THE POLICE ARE MORE INCLINDED TO HELP YOU. THE AUTORUN PROBLEM IS BECAUSE THE DISC WASNT SETUP PROPERLY. THE SIDE BY SIDE CONFIGURATION ISSUE IS BECAUSE THE DUMBASSES WHO PIRATED DONT KNOW **** ABOUT SOFTWARE, YOUR REDISTS WEARNT PACKED, Im being serious, you are technically not entitled to support(Pirated Software does not come with a licence to use the software). You should try to get your money back and buy from a well known vendor. Not to mention... you could be the pirates asking for help in repackaging Batman Arkham City. The Best thing to do is dispute it with Flipkart and then report them to the indian version of Cosumer Affairs.

    Would like to know these as well as:

    3) Are there any crash fixes included as part of the patch?
    4) Is in-game stuttering going to be fixed?

    Well I really hope that they fix in-game stuttering at last, it's really annoying. The new nvidia WHQL drivers are coming soon so maybe Rocksteady was working closely with those guys and at last we'll get the fixes we and the game deserve. Also I'm still waiting on a code for the Earth One skin and it would be nice if the Batman Inc. skin would get a worldwide release, I'm really puzzled regarding why WB did not give the "free", "gift" skin to all of us, it's just really pissing me off to see that they left my country out.

    +1 This stuttering even in DX9 mode is the №1 problem for me. And it will be even better if Rocksteady will fix DX11 low fps and annoying fps drops.

    What a bunch of BS. That's no update at all. Cut and paste from December. Game still doesn't work properly in DX11 retail version and I'm sick and tired of Rocksteady's approach. You should get an award for most broken game of the year in PC category. Move your *** and fix it or start giving people the money back. Or at least affix a sticker on the box saying 'this game is almost unplayable, no patch in the nearest future' . Feck you rocksteady. You've become the most hated developer in my eyes. Thanks for robbing my 50quid
