Any updates regarding the save file recovery? I'm sorry, I just can't wait to hear about those.

SarahMay, can you contact the partners about the patch progress?

    Hi all,

We requested an update and were advised that it has passed a second wave of testing and is entering its final phase which can take 3-5 working days if there are no problems.

As soon as we hear that it has passed final testing/submission we will post the date we expect it to hit servers.

Sarah, could you please give a few words about this upcoming Crytek title 'warface', just while were waiting for patch and all, i would be interested with what you could say, like Crytek are my FAV game devs and i've been looking forwards to this for ages, you don't need to comment anyways, but to me this looks boss:

SarahMay, is it possible to post the current version of the patch(the ones by the RS team without any testing from external partners) for those who want to see the fix early, and say "use it at your own risk", "no support for this patch",..., Then once the partners completes the official, supported patch, announce them and the roll out the official patch?

    Hi Jack,

Unfortunately no, we need to work within the guidelines set by our partners. And to be honest we would rather you had a 100% tested and working patch that has been packaged and delivered correctly.

If I may disagree here, we would rather have a patch...
You (as a company) claim that the tested is 100% tested and working, can that be taken as a guarantee that it will not introduce any worse bugs?
DRM limitations are a punishment for the paying customer and an encouragement to seek better service elsewhere...
And then they complain about piracy.

We have tested what we can but there are tests that we cannot complete that digital partners and G4WL need to complete. So the patch we have now is not complete and also has some technical work that our partners need to complete.

Ah, so now we are stuck on relying on the mysterious partners *cough* Microsoft *cough* to pretend they know what they are doing when they mess with the patch for a game they didn't make... That contract was beneficial for Rocksteady/WB how, I wonder....

    Hi,

Without going into lots of jargon, once the patch passes submission it is wrapped by each digital partner and that wrapped package is tested to make sure when its available to you all it works.
