That's good news then, but we still gotta wait for next RockSteady patch to iron out some little bugs (i suffer texture flickering and the PhysX isn't really optimized yet, but things seem to be on the move and we should hope for a patch -dare i say in a few weeks if not sooner, also if you got nvidia there's a new driver that should help gonna be released any day now.
Ya, hoping this will fix a few issues for me. Did you have to download the patch here like I did? It seems like some people are able to get it through "Games For Windows Live". I'm not sure exactly how that works, though. For all my games I've always had to go out, download a patch, and apply it.
Yeah i got it through GFWL, good luck & good game!
G4WL will notify you of the update when you sign in once it's live.
SarahMay, I'm asking this again. Do you have any info on the 2nd patch? And if so, Do I need the 1st patch before installing the 2nd one, and will the 2nd patch be available as a direct download? (I asked it a few days ago, you never answered).
Hoping you guys will make the 2nd patch downloadable from here as a manual install as well because GFWL has never notified me of any patches. I didn't even know this one existed until I just did some googling, went out and downloaded from your link to manually apply it.
If the patch makes the graphics more robust, i.e. no flickering textures & optimizes the PhysX a bit it would be the time to release more DLC too, cause this new patch will get more folk back playin' the game.
I originally bought this game last year via Steam and for the longest of time I could not play it because "game is currently unavailable". I finally got it to start-up this week only to have GFWL asking for me to update and for the update to fail, and for this link to also fail. So I can play the game technically but with none of the DLC I purchased or with saves.
Seriously nearing 4 months of paying $60+ bucks for a game that I can't play.......
What am I to do here.
