By backing out of the driveway more easily, do you mean 'being able to turn his head'? It's a 50% Chance.
Remember how there's a possibility of a TDK skin as DLC in A3? Maybe rocksteady will give him more head movement.

Does Jim Gordon know Bruce is Batman?
Does Jim know that Barbara is Oracle/works for Batman
Has Jim ever asked Barbara who Batman is?
What are the chances of one of these happening in Arkham 3? Resulting in Jim finding out Bruce is Batman?

Now that you mention it, there was once an episode in 'THE NEW BATMAN ADVENTURES' called 'OVER THE EDGE'.

In it, Batgirl dies, Gordon finds out Bruce's secret, Nightwing is arrested, Tim Drake is homeless, everything goes to Hell, Gordon hires Bane to kill Batman, but then Bane tries to kill them both. In the end, it's revealed that it was all a nightmare. Barbara was poisoned by fear gas and she had finally recovered.





Hey, why not rocksteady make use of this episode in the Scarecrow hallucinations? Only difference is that it'll affect Bruce instead of Barbara.

They can even make it darker & scarier. Not only would the whole hallucination be an Easter Egg, but it'll be an Awesome hallucination.

Off topic-

One thing I don't understand.
If Batman can run around, breaking thugs' legs, how come he never broke Penguin's legs? Or Joker's? Or Ra's Al Ghul's? Two-Face's? Think about it, if Batman had broken their legs, the possibilities of them escaping reduces to a great level.

And if he also has the courage to break a ninja lady's legs, why not break Harley's & Ivy's as well?

Had Batman broken each supervillain's legs, the streets of Gotham would be clean in no time!

Note- Just because I asked these questions, it doesn't mean that I don't like Batman. He's still awesome and a comic book legend.
