What should rocksteady do to make A3 scarier?

Should the use loud music to scare us, or should they use little or no music at all for an eerie & creepy atmosphere?

The inmates from AA, the ones that scream and jump on/at you scare the **** outta me. If I'm not in DM, one will sneak up on me, and I'll jump like a foot in the air, and then be like *STRUGGLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!*

But I'm asking about MUSIC & SOUNDTRACK. Should it be loud music (Like in the Killer Croc levels in AA), or little or no music at all?

hahaha cool signature dud killer croc music that kind of music its scary and silence parts like when your all alone and then bam this croc dude comes right up and tries to eat you like a happy meal
