See the little green rectangle under "Senior Member" on each of your posts? Roll your mouse over it to see your rep status. You start at 10 rep points. Other members give you rep, but it's also illegal to just ask for it, so don't...

The rep system here doesn't really work, so don't be too worried if you don't have a lot of rep because nobody really uses it anyway.
