Azrael: Dark days are coming, Batman. The prophecy is coming true. You are the warrior who will close the gates of Hell. You are the one who will save this day, and in doing so, events will occur that you cannot stop. From the ashes of Arkham, the fires will rage and Gotham will burn. And you, you will burn too.

Two Face: Heads or Tails, Kitty Cat?

    Two Face: TWO GUNS, B****!

Henchman: Stop clowning around> He's taking you out like your CHILDREN! Either man up, or give up!

Joker: Nice of you to say, but you of all people should know, there's plenty wrong with me!

Batman: Do you want to know something funny? Even after everything you've done, I would have saved you.

Joker: That actually is pretty funny.

I forgot about that one, but I really like it.
Tell me what are you really afraid of. Not being able to save this cesspool of a city? Not rescuing the commissioner in time? Me, in a thong?! Hahahaha!-Joker.

Joker- "Take my blood for example. This stuff is killing me."
    Batman- "Why should I care?"

Catwoman (after saving Batman from Steel Mile)- "I figured you could use my help."
Batman- "And you were right. I think chiped a nail back there."

"Isn't it a school night" is one of my favorites, along with:

"Have you ever conisdered that all this is your fault?" and "Soon I will command forces beyond your comprehension by Hugo Strange, and at the end of Joker's speech when he says "Why did it all end in a church?" as a referance to lost.

Beyond that I LOVE some of Bruce's challenge map intorductions. "Isn't it a school night?" Bruce says while prepping his fists, is a favorite & just the right amount of corny & badass (especially while wearing TDKR skin).
can I just say I found it extremely weird how he rolls his fists/wrists? And his eyes, he looks nervous like he cant look straight ahead. But yes, the Riddler dialogue AND execution were absolutely flawless. There is no other voice or rhythm I could imagine, and it has totally carried over to my reading of him.
