It's hard for me to pin point & even remember enough to recite/repeat, but Riddler's dialogue was particularly well written & brilliantly executed. The Arkham City Riddler should be the Riddler "template" IMO.

Beyond that I LOVE some of Bruce's challenge map intorductions. "Isn't it a school night?" Bruce says while prepping his fists, is a favorite & just the right amount of corny & badass (especially while wearing TDKR skin).

My all time favorite is "The world's greatest detective falls at the hands of the world's greatest assassin." My second favorite is "After everything you've done I would have saved you."

for me, just about any line said by hugo strange. I am torn between "Have you ever thought that all of this is all your fault" and " how does it feel to stand on the stone that ran with your parents blood." Also, for Ra's, the simple " You should have killed me" is his most memorable. not his best line, but I cant remember the exact words of the others.
