MOD: The Dark Knight Skin - PC

Dear CaptainJack, AlexVance, WarlordATF or any other modder out there,

Is it true that it's completely impossible to extract textures from Arkham Asylum? I've been trying to get the screen from the Batcomputer but TexMod won't launch even if I use BMStartApp.exe

If I'm doing it right, what exactly is supposed to happen? Please help me out by PM if possible.

Its been quite awhile since i messed with Arkham Asylum, but if you check the AA Forums it gives the instructions to make texmod work. I don't remember all the details, but i think you need to download a dummy .exe to fool texmod into starting. Look for the modded costume thread on those forums, it has all the info!

Thanks for your advice about TexMod, Warlord. I found a lot of interesting things in there.

I think the AA forums have been shut down... I've found a few but they seem to all be for the demo version only. I'll keep looking.

In the meantime, I've screencapped a rudimentary version of the wallpaper. Here's the link if you want to play around with it. I think the quality's as good as it's going to get since even AC didn't have full screen resolution textures.

Glad i could help. It does mainly work for the demo, when used with the retail game you can't glide while playing, but you should have no problem extracting textures. Try this link to the AA forums, its working for me.
