MOD: The Dark Knight Skin - PC

I do not understand how to use this skin. I launched the game using TexMod after adding it in Package Mode. Then what? Is it a separate skin I have to select somehow? It does not appear as the default skin.

Could you please make a dark knight rises costume mod that was look like exactly on the movie....
and it should replace the suit on the main story mode .. not like the alternative suits like sinestro corps

Hey guys I need some help, now before I start I will say great work to all of the modders on here (captain jack , you make my dreams come true!) I have a cracked version of the game....yes you can hate on me for not buying it, but I bought it for the ps3 and all of the DLC, they have plenty of my money, I just want to use TDK v3 skin!!!!!! but i cannot get ANY skins to work at all. I have looked through these forums and havent found anything on cracked (pirated) versions of the game and issues. I have been following tutorials for legit versions, steam and GFWL but none of the solutions have worked for me, the game just loads with all the default skins, DX11 is off, graphics maxed out, everything its right place, and i have a local profile on GFWL set up with my firewall and antivirus turned off not to interfere with texmod. If anyone can help me out it would mean the world to me (ive spent about 6 hours over the past 3 days trying to find a solution) and please dont respond with JUST BUY IT!! haha however I may just have to go ahead and do it cuz i really wanna see that skin in action. Thank you in advance for taking a look at my issue and for any help you can offer!

Needed a couple questions answered about your skins. I realize that you have to have the skins pack downloaded to use TDKR v3 skin ( since it uses Sinestro ) but what about the other two ? ( begins and TDK ) Do I need to beat the game first in order to use them ? ( or will the PC cheat code work that enables suit choices before your game starts ? ) Do I need to download the skins pack in order to use them ? Will FXAA ( High ) Anti-Aliasing work or do I need to use NVidia's 8xx ( or above ) version ? I am using a Windows Live version of the game ( downloaded through gamestop ) So far i've not been able to get the Batman Begins or TDK skins to work. My texture is set to Extreme. DirectX 11 is off. I've followed your Texmod directions word for word yet no change in the appearance of the bat suit. Please help ? !

Yes, you can use the PC cheat code to use the skin.

My version is the GFWL version, on Windows Vista.

I have had to set 'Texmod' programme to be run as an administrator.

I have to physically type 'BatmanAC.exe', (after you have clicked the 'left click to select an application icon) then select the package I wish to use, ie 'CaptainJacks TDK Suit v3.tpf' and click run. This then loads the game.

I then pick the profile I was previously using, on the next screen, I type the cheat code in using the arrow keys, then when I click on the box to 'resume game from last checkpoint', I get the screen that gives the option to select from a selection of 'Batman's', I pick the 'sinestro corps batman' then when the game loads, I have the TDK batman version 3.

It is a stunning model, and a vast improvement on the stock Batman costume that came with the game.

It's taken a bit of work but I'm ready to release my latest mod for Arkham City, "The Dark Knight" skin.

I tried a few times to adjust the cowl to make it more film-accurate (ie. the 'helmet' look) but I wasn't satisfied with the results. I might have another attempt at some point in the future, along with enhancing some of the textures if I get the time.

The download link below includes one TPF file that contains textures that should work fine for all detail settings, however the skin mods will not work with Direct x 11 features enabled.

HOW TO USE TEXMOD: by WarlordATF

1. Run Texmod.exe
2. Click on the Folder under Target Application and set it so it points to your BatmanAC.exe in the Batman Arkham City/Binaries/Win32 folder.
3. Make Sure Texmod is in Package Mode.
4. Click the little folder above the red x and point it at your recently downloaded .tpf file.
5. Click Run and the game will start and load the new textures.

hey im really new to mods, i have downloaded texmod and the dark knight suit, and in texmod application folder directed it to batman.AC..i then added the dark knight suit ect...and pressed run and a message pops up saying '"DÓH" **** happened..can anyone please help me walkthrough it, i really want the suit
