So far in every official announcement there is not a single mentioned o GFWL. No PC game box cover displays GFWL. So no there is going to be NO gfwl. :)

I'm not fan of Batman because he wins or loses, I'm a fan of Batman because no matter if knows hes going to win or lose he still fights.

All I'm gonna say, in this day in age the more Batman games the better. We have AO coming this October and A3 coming possibly the following year or 2. Its a good life time to be a fan of Batman.
