We are working on several solutions as discussed in the thread above so are confident we can get it under control.

At the moment it is a mix of both but we are trying to get it to run automatically, ie runs a sweep every 5 mins and auto bans/deletes with the rules we create.

We're still tweaking some of the settings so expect a few days while we ramp it up to MAXIMUM awesome but we have a good feeling about it!

Looking into this now....

EDIT: ban removed, it seems the initial sweep made some errors so I am now looking back at the users it banned by post number and join date to see if I can catch any...
